Each class guides you through the body, giving variations depending on what your body needs during the practice. Explore flows focussing on your shoulders, core and hips with these vinyasa style yoga classes.

The classes are designed at an open level, meaning that they can be done by complete beginners or more experienced yoga practitioners. Different options are provided for easier or more challenging postures in each class, depending on your experience level and your own personal body.

Classes range from 30 minutes to 40 minutes – short enough to fit into your day, and long enough so that you’ll really feel the benefits.
