AI Literacy for Employees — EU AI Act Training

This course contains the use of artificial intelligence. The animated visuals and voice narration are AI-generated; every lesson is scripted, fact-checked and quality-reviewed by the instructor.

AI is already part of your workday — in your inbox, your documents, your meetings, and the tools your company relies on. Under the EU AI Act (Article 4), organisations must ensure the people who use AI actually understand it. This course delivers exactly that: clear, practical AI literacy for every employee, with no jargon and no technical background required.

Through short, friendly lessons built around a recurring cast and real-world case files, you’ll go from “AI is magic” to a genuine, confident understanding of what these tools do, where they help, and where they fail.

What you’ll cover:

• What AI and generative AI really are — a pattern machine, not a mind
• Where AI genuinely helps, and the all-important human-in-the-loop habit
• How AI fails: hallucination, bias, and stale knowledge
• Protecting confidential data, spotting shadow AI, and the never-paste list
• AI-powered deception: deepfake video calls and flawless phishing
• The EU AI Act in plain language — the four risk tiers and your duties
• Your personal AI Playbook: Verify, Protect, Disclose, Watch for bias, Stay in the loop

Every section ends with a short, scenario-based quiz, and the whole course doubles as training-record evidence for Article 4 compliance.

Whether you work in HR, finance, marketing, operations, support, or management, you’ll finish able to use AI at work safely, effectively, and responsibly.
