This course is designed to enhance the skills to become effective Product Manager and design the successful product. Each phase of Product Management life-cycle is explained in detailed along with the contribution of Product Manager in each phase. The course includes the tips for designing successful product, effective ways of writing requirements, releasing the product to the market and analyzing the metrics of product sales for preparing effective product strategy and roadmap.
