It is a key component of effective leadership, as it enables individuals to build strong relationships, communicate effectively, and respond appropriately to challenging situations.

Emotional intelligence is a critical skills for success, either in our professional or personal lives. Highly emotionally intelligent people perform better as leaders as have stronger personal relationships.

This course is an introduction to what emotional intelligence is, how it works and is applied, and offers tips and guidance in developing techniques and behaviours that will help to improve your emotional intelligence.

  • What is self awareness and how to develop it
  • What is self management and how to develop it
  • What is social awareness and how to develop it
  • What is relationship management

• Emotional intelligence and leadership and helping others develop emotional intelligence.
